There's an official contest, but for those of us who are plain broke or are too fearful of submitting our ramblings to the contest runners, we can stay over here in our little haven of insanity.
The official contest runs August 31st-September 2nd. That sort of schedule is a little difficult for me, since I'll have no computer access for the majority of Saturday and I have two hours of dance class on Monday. But if the 31st-2nd schedule works for everyone else, I can commit to it and just work around the kinks in my schedule.
So, what does everyone think? Are you crazy enough to take on this challenge? Does the schedule work out, or do we need to change it to a different weekend?

Gadzooks, I completely forgot about this! Luckily, it's only August 30th for me. I know it's a little late for some, but anyone else in for the next three days? Those from the future could maybe do Sunday-Tuesday, if that works better.

Why is that somewhat tempting? Oh, right - insane, can't resist a challenge, has annoying Goth boy poking things inside head. Probability of reaching 15k is zero, but at least I might get off to a good start for SeptNo.
