Apriling and Wrimongering.

I think most of us know what April Novel Writing Month is. It's a place where some insane forum-hopping wrimo regulars (not saying who) can hang out during the 'off' months and just be...insane forum-hopping wrimo regulars. Writing challenges, PPTs, motivation, the works.

This year, though, Camp also takes place in April. Given that two events might be too much, I actually had no intention of restarting AprNoWriMo. However, I heard that some of us are still on the fence about doing Camp, and others like having a place to keep in touch with everyone else outside of the 250 character text box six-member Cabin limitation.

So, I just wanted to send a tentative feeler out there to see if there really was enough interest to be worth starting up AprNoWriMo again.

As a member of the group that's on the fence about Camp, I'd say I don't really see the need for it. We already have a few year-round places to hang out, so any April-themed activities could just take place here (or wherever).

(By the way, I have a character whose friends nicknamed him 'Overkill'. After a while he even started answering to it. #randomfact)

Hmmm, two votes yes, two no. (I don't think we really need a whole other forum for what we're already doing.) All right, so unless I hear a massive positive response otherwise, I'm not reopening the forum. I think here and PlotMo are good for Aprilmongering.

Speaking of which, what are some fun things we could do next month? Wait a minute, I'm sure there's already a thread for this. It involved tents.
