I'll start with a couple of suggestions of my own: 1) Wordcount-based challenges. I'm hoping to have enough of those to run a new challenge every day during November. If I get organised enough, I'll make a little pile of graphics we can collect in our signatures. 2) Pep talks. Over on WriYe, the members are going to be writing our own pep talks and I think it would be nice for us to do something like that here as well. I've noticed that we all seem to be the kind of writers who need all the encouragement we can get. It doesn't even necessarily have to be 'talks' as such - collecting motivational pictures, songs, videos etc. from around the internet would also be acceptable. So, what else could we do? Suggestions, please. Want to participate in providing motivation? Have an idea for one of those 30 challenges? Totally different suggestion? I'd love to have some completely new ideas. Oh, I have 1 more idea: daily blogging. It can be anything from writing tips to progress with those 30 challenges to a picture of what's outside your window every morning.

I will definitely be blogging during NaNo. And have a prompt posted at the end of each week or every day to somehow incorperate into our novels?

I can probably dig up some prompts somewhere. Hopefully as NaNo draws closer some links to random prompt generators will pop up - maybe even one we could include in the sidebar.
