It's nearly the end of July, which means it's time to think about what you'll be doing in August. (Or you could be like me and avoid the issue with all kinds of random tasks. Writing newsletters, for example.)
Camp NaNoWriMo is on again (www.campnanowrimo.org/) ! A 50k challenge, 31 days and a cabin full of fellow writers. Is it just me or does that sound like the setup for a horror novel?
Alternatively, there's AugNoWriMo (augnowrimo.proboards.com/). AugNo gives you the freedom to set any goal over 5k and there's also the opportunity to be published in the AugNo short story anthology, Milestone.
There's also (probably) going to be another NaNoPlotMo session (nanoplotmo.proboards.com/). Check that site closer to the start of August for more details.
