So, June is the month of Camp NaNoWriMo. As far as social networking we have cabins (which may or may not have active and/or friendly writers) and we have the NaNoWriMo forum. A cabin of strangers (or tumbleweeds) and a vast city in which a single shout is seldom heard... In a way, this is exactly why Arrow of Eloquence was created. It's a Pro-WriMo support group, a place where the regular WriMo participants can hook up during and between events. It lets you post longer messages than Twitter, provides better contact with individuals than either the Camp NaNo cabins or the NaNo forum and since earlier this month it's even half-reasonable to navigate. It even has a chat box. Everyone loves a chat box, right? So in short, this is an invitation to hang around Arrow of Eloquence during June. We'll have all the typical WriMo activities - wridays, progress threads, help and support, games, places to brag and even a blogging challenge. Most of all, though, we'll have people.

Sounds cool. I know I will be hanging around here for most of June.
