Or, y'know, other things you can make in a blender. I recently got one, and I love it - five minutes and I've got something that's a) healthy and b) can fill me up for at least three hours.
So, what's your favourite recipes? I've only tried out two so far.
Mixed Berry Frappe 150grams of frozen berries ~1 cup of OJ, though you may need to add more. It's only to make it thinner. (serves one)
Banana Smoothie One banana A cup of milk 2/3 cup natural yoghurt 1 tbsp honey Cinnamon to taste. (Meant to serve one, but I often find it serving two >.> Large one, or small two)

Banana thickshake: Freeze a couple of bananas overnight, then dump them in the blender with a little splash of milk and some vanilla. It comes out kind of like soft-serve ice cream only banana flavoured and with no sugar. Works best with really ripe bananas .
