You may have noticed the random number generator in the sidebar. Or not - if you haven't seen it just scroll a little and you'll spot a grey box in the sidebar just below the staff names. Now that you've seen it, let's begin.

Option 1: random word goal
Press the 'Generate' button. You have 15 minutes to try to reach this total. Post back here with your result.

Option 2: random time goal
Change the Max to a number of minutes (e.g. 15, 30, 45 or 60) and then press the 'Generate' button. Write for the number of minutes shown and then post your total.

Option 3: complete freedom
It's a random number generator, so if you want to sit there and generate random numbers just for the sake of it... well, go for it. If you choose to use those numbers for something writing related (or if you want to admit to just playing with it) let us know in a post

My time go was 73 words to write and i got 88 words out of 73. I think this challenge is fun.

I just did this challenge again for 20 minutes i wrote past eh 250 word goal now i am at 274 in one of my novels now.

I just did the challenge again for 30 minutes i got 162 words to write. Well i wrote past it and i am now at 178 words.

I got 252 words. I just wrote past it to hit 258 in my Immortals fanfic.

I just did the challenge again and i had 308 words to write. I wrote some words in my Crossover fanfic and came out with 311 words.

I did the challenge again i got 186 words to write and came out with 200 words.

I just did this challenge again i had 426 words to write. I started to write my Immortals fanfic and i got 456 words out of it. And my fanfic is halfway finished now.

I just did this challenge again i had 353 words to write. I started to write my crossover fanfic and i got 414 words out of it. I can now begin to finish writing my fanfic later today.

I did the challenge again i had 410 words i started to get halfway through close to 1k in my novel and i am at 670 words now.

I started with 472 words i wrote my Horror/Fantasy novel that is a dark tale of Beauty and the Beast and i came out of it with 514 words.

I starts with 72 words to write i have 142 words in my Crossover fanfic. Maybe with another set of random words i can be at 500 or more words in my fanfic.

I started with 493 words to write i have 506 words out of writing my crossover fanfic. Hopefully i can finish it soon.

I started the challenge with 459 words came out of it with 542 words form writing my Immortals fanfic and finishing it.

I did the challenge again starting with 244 words writing my crossover fanfic. I got 254 words out of 244 words i was to start reaching towards. Hopefully with another random word count i can be halfway finished with it.

I started to write 338 words in my crossover fanfic. Now i have 427 words i am almost finished with it.

I started this challenge again i had started writing towards 482 words i have 503 words now in my supernatural novel.

I wrote a few more words using the random word count challenge i have 865 words in my supernatural novel.

I started writing with 87 words in my Immortals fanfic. Now i got 178 words in my Immortals fanfic.

I started with 312 words since i have been writing my YA Teen novel i started with 265 words went past the words of 312 now i am at 344 words in my rewritten version of it.

I started writing my SciFi novel at having 388 words to write. I wrote past those words and i now have 406 words. Hopefully i can reach 1k in my SciFi novel soon.

I started writing my SciFi novel with 477 words i have 522 words now. Hopefully i can be at 1k soon.

I had to write 342 words. I started writing them in my Unfamous novel. I have 375 words in my novel now. I will do another random word count for myself later.

I started to write my Unfamous novel again with 492 words i have 534 words now in my novel. Hopefully i can be at 1k soon.
